Today, we are thrilled to announce a major breakthrough for our signature Shoyu Ramen!
Inspired by famous Japanese shops (like Menya Ueda in Saitama) known for their torched, smoky soy sauce aromas, we set out to infuse that same deep, savory fragrance into our broth.
All our broth and prep work are crafted in our dedicated workshop. When we shared this idea with our incredibly talented Thai craftsman on the team, he literally built a custom smoking machine from scratch!
We smoked our house soy sauce, and the result was phenomenal: a rich, robust aroma that elevates the entire bowl to a whole new level.
